Delivery Areas We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom. For deliveries outside mainland UK or to remote areas, additional charges may apply.
Delivery Times Standard Delivery: 2-7 business days
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Delivery Costs
- FREE delivery on all orders over £300
- Orders under £300: £50 standard delivery
Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Delivery Process For mattress deliveries, our courier will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, as mattresses require a signature upon receipt.
Delivery Issues If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date.
International Shipping We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available at this time.
