Collection
We work with mattress retailers, hotels, accommodation providers and other businesses to collect used mattresses that would otherwise be thrown away. This provides businesses with a reliable and responsible disposal solution but also generates more sales.
Recycling
Once collected, mattresses are returned to our facility where they are dismantled and processed. Materials such as steel springs, foam layers, fibres and textiles are separated and recycled wherever possible.
Refurbishment
Some mattresses can safely be restored. These units are cleaned, repaired and refurbished so they can continue to be used rather than discarded prematurely, extending the life of the product.
Sustainable Manufacturing
Recovered materials are used alongside new components to manufacture high-quality mattresses for domestic and Crib 5 hospitality use.
